Our guarantee
We want you to be confident in choosing FORGE. That is why we offer two layers of protection:
- 14-day free trial — explore FORGE with no credit card required and no charge during the trial period.
- 30-day money-back guarantee — if you subscribe and are not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, we will refund you in full. No questions asked.
Monthly subscriptions
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. However, if you are within 30 days of your first payment, you are eligible for a full refund under our money-back guarantee.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions offer a discounted rate compared to monthly billing. If you request a refund within 30 days of purchasing an annual plan, we will issue a prorated refund for the remaining unused months.
After 30 days, refunds are not available for annual plans. You may switch to monthly billing at your next renewal date.
How to request a refund
To request a refund:
- Email billing@forgehq.in from the email address associated with your FORGE account.
- Include the reason for your refund request — this is optional but helps us improve the product.
- We will process your request within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
- Chargebacks initiated through your bank without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — we are happy to resolve any billing concerns.
