About
A playbook from someone who's actually done it.
I'm Nirav Gondaliya — a developer based in Rajkot, India, building and shipping software remotely. ForgeHQ is the playbook I wish existed when I started chasing remote dev jobs from India.
Why this exists
Most career content for Indian developers is either too generic ("write a good resume!"), too aspirational without specifics ("just network!"), or written by people who haven't actually shipped remotely. The real path — contribute-to-hire, the FDE archetype, AI-native interview screens, the India-specific tax and FIRC details — is documented nowhere.
ForgeHQ is a single, organized library covering every step from skill-up to first USD paycheck.
What I've actually done
- Merged PR into Google Lighthouse — PR #16618. The tool inside Chrome DevTools. Publicly verifiable.
- Built phonepe-mcp — MCP server for PhonePe Payments API. Spotted that PhonePe didn't have an MCP server while Razorpay, Cashfree, and Paytm did.
- Built upi-agent and upi-mcp — minimal agent loop driving MCP tools and an offline UPI link builder.
- Shipped real-time analytics processing 5M+ data points/day for a multinational restaurant chain across India and Indonesia.
- Built a Stripe-based digital-goods store with paying customers and a WebRTC + Razorpay telehealth platform.
What ForgeHQ promises
- Specific over general. Real templates, real search filters, real negotiation lines. No "just be confident" advice.
- Indian-dev-specific. The cert filter, the FIRC reality, the roles-that-actually-hire-from-India lens.
- Free. Most guides will stay free forever. A paid cohort may come later for the founder-led sprint.
