The problem
Digital agencies are broken by their own tool stack.
A typical 10-person agency uses: Google Docs for proposals, DocuSign for contracts, QuickBooks for invoices, Asana for projects, Slack for team chat, WhatsApp for client communication, Dropbox for files, Gmail for everything else, and Zoom for meetings.
Each tool costs money. Each tool has a separate login. Each tool has its own data. When a project happens, information spreads across 9 disconnected systems. Teams waste hours every week searching for things, copying data, and fixing mismatches.
Existing all-in-one platforms (SuiteDash, GoHighLevel, HoneyBook) tried to solve this. But they're slow, complex, and built before AI existed. They replaced 9 bad tools with 1 confusing platform.

The founder
FORGE is built by Nirav Gondaliya.
7+ years as a software engineer. Ran Shivay Infotech, a software consultancy in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. Lived the agency pain every single day — proposals taking 4 hours to write, invoices getting lost, team members missing project updates.
After years of trying every agency tool and being disappointed, Nirav started building FORGE in 2026. Solo. Bootstrapped. With a 1,800-day commitment to ship consistently.
FORGE is a solo founder project by design. No VC money. No rushed growth. Just a focused founder building exactly what agencies need.
