Terms of Service

By accessing or using FORGE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use FORGE. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

If you are using FORGE on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. In that case, “you” refers to both you individually and the entity you represent.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide when creating and maintaining your account.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities that occur under your account.
• One account per person. Shared accounts are not permitted.
• You must notify us immediately at security@forgehq.in if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

FORGE offers a free 14-day trial with no credit card required. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase.
• Early access pricing is locked for the lifetime of your subscription, as long as it remains active and uninterrupted.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing billing@forgehq.in.

You agree not to use FORGE to:

• Engage in any illegal activities.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or overload the platform.
• Share your account credentials or resell access to FORGE.
• Upload malicious content, including malware, viruses, or harmful code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible.

We own the platform. FORGE, its code, design, brand, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Nirav Gondaliya. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

You own your data. All content you create within FORGE — client information, proposals, contracts, invoices, and any other data — remains yours. We do not claim ownership of any content you create or upload.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using FORGE, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

You can export your data at any time from your dashboard. Upon account deletion, all data is removed from our production systems within 30 days.

We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We will provide reasonable notice before performing scheduled maintenance that may affect availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

FORGE is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of FORGE is limited to the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

By you — you may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time from your dashboard.

By us — we may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. We will provide notice and an explanation, except in cases of severe violations (e.g., illegal activity or security threats).

Upon termination, you retain the right to export your data for 30 days. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of FORGE after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of FORGE shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
